    • Hospital admissions are down 122 for the week (-122).
    • The total number of ICU patients decreased by 39 (-39) for the week.
    • The total number of patients at the ACF has remained at 0 since December 25th.
  • Cumulatively there have been 554,048 positive tests in Wisconsin:
      • 5,827 positive tests reported last week, which is down 2,479, -2,479, from the previous week.  
      • The 7-day average for positive tests is now 832+/day. (7-day average was 1,186+/day last week)
  • Deaths from COVID-19 are at 6,151 in Wisconsin. 
      • 131 COVID-19 related deaths(29) less than the week prior.
      • The 7-day average for deaths is now 19 deaths/day. (7-day average was 23 deaths/day last week)
  • Vaccine Distribution (as of 2/5/21)
    • 1,152,025 vaccine doses allocated to Wisconsin (+165,398 more than week prior)
    • 901,500 vaccines have been ordered (+130,800 more than week prior)
    • 130,800 vaccines in transit (1,250 more than week prior)
    • 901,333 vaccines have been administered (an increase of 199,243 since last week)
    • 213,571 Wisconsinites have received the two dose series of the current vaccines. (An increase of 69,961 since last week)

Positive Test Results

  • An average of 832 positive test results per dayWas 1,186+/day the previous week.

 

 

 

Milwaukee county had the highest number of new positive cases, with 932 new positives, 451 less, -451 than the previous week.

  • Dane county came in with the second highest number of new cases, 637, which is 143 less, -143 than the previous week.
  • Rounding out the top five counties with the most positive new cases were; 
    • Waukesha county; 410 new cases, -203 less than the previous week
    • Brown county; 243 new cases, –173 less than the previous week
    • Outagamie county; 229 new cases, -92 less than the previous week

 

 

 

 

Deaths

 

  • There were 131 COVID-19 related deaths(29) less than the week prior.

 

 

 

    • Racine county had 14 of the 131 deaths from the last week, which is +11 more than the number of deaths in the county reported the previous week. 
      • Waukesha county reported 13 deaths, +5 more than the prior week;
      • Milwaukee county reported 11 deaths, (29) less than the previous week;
      • Dane county reported 8 deaths, (3) less than the previous week.
      • Oneida county reported 7 deaths, +7 more than last week.
