COVID-19 Wisconsin Update #115 (7-27-20) 

Weekend Update

  • 312 Current Hospital Admissions (60 patients in ICU) *as of July 24th, 2020
    • Hospital admissions are down 19 (-19) over the previous 7 days.
    • The total number of ICU patients reported decreased by 36 (-36) over the previous 7 days.
  • Cumulatively there have been 866,376 COVID-19 tests in Wisconsin;
    • 48,827 positive tests and 817,549 negative tests in Wisconsin (5.6% positive rate for the pandemic)
      • On Friday there were 1,018 positive tests reported on 17,456 tests (5.8% positive rate Friday)
      • On Saturday there were 953 positive tests reported on 14,201 tests (6.7% positive rate Saturday)
      • On Sunday there were 957 positive tests reported on 9,978 tests (9.6 % positive rate Sunday)
  • Deaths from COVID-19 now total 892 in Wisconsin.
      • On Friday there were 0 deaths reported
      • On Saturday there were 13 deaths reported
      • On Sunday there was 1 death reported
  • 37,971 patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 and are listed as having recovered (78%), 9,946 cases are still considered active (20%) and 892 patients have died (2%). (last updated by DHS on 7/26)
